Where offered, free or inclusive delivery is only available to addresses on the UK mainland.

Orders for delivery to addresses which are not on the UK mainland (including Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Jersey or Guernsey) will be charged for shipping at the usual rate.

Useful delivery information

Courier orders are shipped via UPS.

Orders placed before 12.00 noon on a weekday will be dispatched that day. Orders placed after 12.00 noon or at weekends will be dispatched the next business day.

The "next day" service is a next business day service - although not guaranteed, 99% of orders are delivered on the next business day.

For "Saturday delivery" orders must be placed by no later than 12.00 noon the day before.

Royal Mail orders are shipped no later than one business day following the day on which they are placed.

All shipments are subject to stock availability.
