Yorkshire Rapeseed Oil make all their oils and dressings using rapeseed grown in Yorkshire. All their oils are extra virgin (they come from the very first press of the rapeseed) and are extracted using the cold-press method, ensuring that they are completely free of all additives or chemicals.
Rapeseed oil is a healthy alternative to other cooking oils, as it contains only half the saturated fat of olive oil. In addition, it is a versatile choice, as it's delicious as a cooking ingredient or for use in salads, and has a high burn point, making it ideal for frying and roasting.
