Spring blossom honey is a multi-floral honey from bees which have feasted on a variety of flowers, including oilseed rape, sycamore, dandelion, chestnut and various other spring blossoms. Our Yorkshire Honey is produced by Marcus Cordingley of Yorkshire Honey who has over two hundred bee hives in various locations around Yorkshire producing some of the best honey in the region.
