Sloe Motion have become famous for their wonderful sloe-based liqueurs, and we're delighted to be able to stock their sloe gin, damson gin and cherry brandy in a range of sizes. Made in Yorkshire by infusing the fruits and sugar in alcohol for long periods, it's a traditional country past-time that they take to new heights with their expertise and finesse.

But the story doesn't end when the drupes (that's the deliciously booze-soaked fruity remnants, to you and I) that are left over once they've finished making their liqueurs are taken out of the alcohol. Some are combined with a delicious ganache and then rolled in wonderful Belgian chocolate to create a range of decadent truffles (in gin, brandy and whisky flavours) which, unsurprisingly, won the Deliciouslyorkshire confectionary award in the very first year they hit the shelves.

The others are combined with apples, plums, tomatoes, onions and a range of spices to create a sloe chutney, still with subtle undertones of the gin the sloes were infused in, that simply loves being partnered with gamey meats or strong cheeses such as good a good old Yorkshire Blue! New to the range is a delicious sloe jelly, and a plummy damson chutney that's just crying out for some sausages - hot or cold!
