A ginger cake predominantly baked using oatmeal and a perfect blend of syrup & black treacle. The recipe is 100 years old - the result is a traditional Yorkshire favourite. Lottie Shaw has a range of delicious products based on recipes handed down to her through her family, and a love of baking that's second to none.
