By all means use them as simple dips, or in sandwiches, or to liven up a cold meat platter, but using them as ingredients opens up a whole range of possibilities - marinade chicken or fish, or add a good dollop to a stir-fry to add heat and flavour in an instant. You can even slice a pocket in a chicken breast and fill it with mozzarella slices and chilli jam to create Chicken Leeds!
